I just dropped Lorrie off at the airport to spend the week with her granddaughter. I can't remember the last time we were separated for 7 nights! (No sympathy, I'm sure from Mackenzie, who sent her man off for months last summer.) She is excited to hold Reese and stay up all night with her (or watch her while Lindsay naps in the day). It will be lonely tonight.

that's true, 7 days is nothing compared to 2 months, but it is hard all the same. next month I have to leave tyler alone for a week, and that will be interesting, mal and jon will be seeing a lot of him.
I'm here, and although it is totally marvelous to see Reese (oh--and Jake and Lindsay) I miss you already! Wish you were here!
