So, this is Pa's blog on the solo weekend with 2 year-old Reese. All the women folk are out of town, and we're having a great time. Friday, we went to "Music in Motion" at the library. Reese walked the balance beam (2 inches off the ground), and shook her egg filled with rice. She danced and danced. (There were lots of other kids, and of course, R was the cutest one.)
We then went to the "pawwrk" and she went down the big slide herself. She loved to swing just before going down.
We ate lunch, and she was so excited, she couldn't take a nap. But when it came time for bed, she was tired. After prayers, books and songs, she lay down and said, "Bye Pa," and fell asleep without a peep.
We had lots of fun, and tomorrow
we'll do even more!
